 Dial 911 and be ready to give them the following information:
Your telephone number
Exact location (road name or number, junctions or landmarks)
Number of patients, approximate ages and their condition

Mask
Safety Glasses

Determining an injury or medical emergency is called Patient Assessment. It is a systematic approach checking every area of the body; starting at the head and working to the feet. Remember, there are two ways to find an injury – touch it or see it – expose the body as you check it. Remember, a conscious patient can tell you what hurts.
